  Cloisonne on pure silver cylindrical vase with convolvulus floral and tendril decorations on a blue ground, gilded to base and interior neck, mounted with shakudo foot and rim, marked to the underside, Meiji-Taisho Era, possibly Ando Jubei (1876 - 1956).
