  "Forest Grove, Catskill Mountains". Oil on canvas, signed in the lower right corner, inscribed on the back of the frame "A1258/Forest Grove Catskill Mts/J.C. Taylor"; stamped brass nameplate on the lower rail of the frame, in wood frame broken off of a larger frame that is not present, overall19-1/2" x 13-1/2".

  Condition

  Surface soils, craquelure, missing rest of frame. Would benefit from cleaning and fresh layer of varnish.
