French Louis XVI style pair of d'Ore bronze and marble Cassolettes, ca. 19th c., fashioned as cauldron with flared neck and everted rim with fitted lid with pinecone finial, lid can be turned upside down to be utilised, as candleholder, raised on cabriole legs with Satir masks, pineapple finial underneath, legs terminating with hoofs, tripod base with acanthus leaf rosette, all attached to round base.
