• Lot Description
  Of tapered form hand carved impressive Grand tour display vitrine with three side with glass panes and hinged back wall with latch, in Baroque taste, with carved cherubs by the sides, acanthus leaf, scrolls, and bell flowers design, silk damask upholstery in the inside; old partial paper label attached to the back. Provenance: old private collection, Pittsburgh, PA, by descent in the family to the current owner.

  Condition

  Good overall antique condition, some wear to gilt, natural distress lines to wood, possible old restorations, slightly loose glass panels, some sporadic losses commensurate with age and use; no lock.
