• Lot Description
  Of traditional Greek-Roman tazza of squatted shape with fluted design tapered form with flared everted border, decorated with 3D cast Classical goddess busts, pronounced open work double scroll handles with floral rosettes, descending onto baluster stem with fluted design and circular base, attached to carved black slate base and raised cast feet, fashioned as winged lions; blackened finish with gild highlights. Feet marked with Roman numerals "VV" and numberdd "2367" underneath.

  Condition

  Good overall antique condition, one is loose in joints, handles loose, sporadic wear to gild, some oxidation in areas, soils and dust.
