• Lot Description
  Cast bronze copper alloy large octagonal tazza, stylized as Greek kylix, with open work double handles with scroll and spiral bars; decorated in relief in the center depicting a bucolic scene of two youth playing flutes under a tree with pair of doves and a hair nearby, encircled in scrolls and feather design borders. Baluster stem, dome octagonal base with bass-relief scroll design at sides; gilding underneath and on the bottom.

  Condition

  Good antique condition, wear to gilding, soils and dust.
