  Of round form deep porcelain Sevres style bowl, hand painted in polychrome, with floral-foliate and ribbons design with gilt highlights Arabesque border, framed with gilt brass border with double open work scroll handles, supported by three fully sculptured cast dragons, raised on triangular base with serpentine border and baluster legs.
