  Of octagonal form antique jewellery casket with hinged pyramidal lid, upholstered with red velvet on the inside; bezel set with oval porcelain plaque hand painted in polychrome depicting blooming floral bouquet; ormolu bronze floral swags and floral rosettes borders, raised on acanthus leaf and scrolls feet, leather upholstered board underneath; original key.

  Condition

  Good, some wear to gilt finish and velvet, soil and dust, a few natural distress lines to wood commensurate with age and use.
