• Lot Description
  Gold on 88 zolotniki Russian Imperial silver pair of cufflinks, adorned with stylised Russian Imperial crown on beautiful sky blue translucent guilloche enamel, set with round cut rubies, and rose cut diamonds, total estimated diamond weight 1.64 ct; marked with "Faberge" (in Cyrillic), 88 zolotniki (export mark), kokoshnik mark right, maker's hallmark "AH" (possibly for August Wilhelm Holmstrom (1829-1903)) on the back of each; overall weight 17.0 gm. Offered in a presentation maroon velvet hinged fitted box, and ivory satin lining on the inside, marked in gold "Faberge (under Russian Imperial Coat-of-Arms) St. Petersburg Moscow Odessa London" in Cyrillic under the lid.

  Condition

  Veery good overall antique condition, nicer patina; box with wear and losses commensurate with age and use.
