  18k yellow gold chain sautoir necklace, exceptionally made with textured links, spacers, and two floral design finials, adorned with briollete faceted smoky quartz beads, apprx. 12 mm each, and two drops, apprx. 15 x 12 mm each, total estimated smoky quartz weight 350 ct, set with round brilliant cut diamonds, total estimated diamond weight 0.80 ct, VS clarity, G color; marked on the back and clasp; overall weight 98.2 gm.
