  18k yellow gold and platinum ecclesiastical medallion depicting Mother of God on clouds surrounded by cherubs, inscribed and dated 1912 on the back, framed with rose cut diamonds, total estimated diamond weight 0.25 ct; marked on the bail; overall weight 5.4 gm.

  Very good overall antique condition, metals acid tested, lacks two tiny diamonds.
