• Lot Description
  Rectangular monumental porcelain plaque, exquisitely hand enamelled in polychrome, depicting two five-claw Imperial Dragons from sky and sea chasing the Flaming Pearl of Wisdom, with thunderbolts, sealed and signed in calligraphy. Translation from right to left - seals read: "Painted by Yu Jinsong" and "Shou Gu craft workshop," calligraphy reads: "Two dragons playing a pearl, Spring of the year of Ding Chou (1997), painted at Long Sheng Pavilion in Zhu Shan" and further seals read: "Fire Seal, Yi Zisun (Blessing to offspring), Seal of Hall of Three Rarities." In a carved wood frame with red wood and black lacquer finish, overall 33" x 53-1/2", brass fittings to hang on the wall.

  Very good, frame with some light wear, some soils and dust.
