• Lot Description
  Very rare. Incredible late Qing Dynasty (in Ming Dynasty style) hand embroidered completely with forbidden stitch (which could be utilized only in Imperial Palace!) and metallic gold wrapped silk threads highlights on navy blue brocade background. Ladies’ court robe - pavilions with ladies, blooming gardens and Buddhist auspicious symbols.

  Condition

  Very good overall antique condition, small loose threads, some soils and light wear.
