  Medium low dense silky wool lush pile on cotton foundation. Very finely hand-knotted rug. Field with central multicolor medallion with extensions and voluptuous floral palmettes designs on ruby red; borders with floral serpentine motifs on gold camel and navy blue background; fringe at both ends. Persian, ca. 1930's
