  Medium low dense wool lush pile on cotton foundation. Very finely hand-knotted rug. Field with central multicolor medallion with extensions and floral designs on navy blue background; corner guards; borders with floral serpentine motifs on gold and ruby red background; fringe at both ends. Persian, ca. 1920's

  Condition

  Very good overall antique condition, new fringes, sporadic wear and losses in areas, old restorations commensurate with age and use.
