  Medium low dense silky wool lush pile on cotton foundation. Very finely hand-knotted rug. Field with central complex multicolor medallion with extensions and floral designs on gold background; borders with floral serpentine motifs on navy blue and blue background; new fringe at both ends, natural abrash. Persian, ca. 1910's/1920's

  Condition

  Very good, light sporadic wear, later addition of new fringes.
