  Egg tempera on gessoed slightly curved wood panel, icon meticulously minute hand painted in polychrome depicting Saint Prince Vladimir I The Great (c. 958 – 1015, Vladimir converted to Christianity in 988, and Christianized the Kievan Rus'), flanked with all historical Saints, with the Cathedral of Holy Sophia in Kyiv in Ukrainian Baroque style (ca. 17's/18's century) in the centre and two angles holding a miniature The Kievan Caves Icon of the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos and The Holy Spirit above it.
