Late 19th-century carved oak extending table/desk features a rectangular top supported by four robust, intricately carved legs adorned with foliate and animal motifs. The apron with hidden drawer is similarly decorated with deep relief carvings that add to the table's appearance. The top lifts up on both sides to rest at an angle. Below the top are two pull-out extensions.
Condition
The surface shows signs of wear with scuffs and scratches, several pieces are loose or detached but present, one extension is stuck with the panel disconnected from the tray, piece of wood holding the one side of the top needs to be re-adhered, slightly wobbly.
