  "Hunger." Pastel on dark blue textured paper along with preliminary sketch, pastel signed lower left corner, matted under glass and framed in wood frame, overall 34-1/4" x 28-3/4". Provenance: artwork descended directly through the family and in storage since the artist's death in 1961, private collection, Pittsburgh, Pa, acquired at Litchfield Auctions, CT, 11 May 2019, lot 0668.

  Very good image, minor foxing to matting, some wear to frame.
