• Lot Description
  An all bronze construction of a Chinese fan resting on an easel. The fan features expected folds, characters and tasseled on the joint end. Patinated with a medium brown; figures, frame, dial details, edging and tassels, have applied copper accents on top of brown patina. Clock dial has inset porcelain plaques with blue Roman numerals for all chapters. Round time only movement. Fleur de lis type gilt minute/hour hands. Molded into the casting in French on the reverse is "Use of registered model No. 19173".Original key included

  Condition

  Running at inspection but not tested for accuracy. The clock would benefit from a strip and clean, for optimal time keeping, as function is a little bit sluggish.
