A silver dial has engraved Roman numerals, with small steel studs in the center of each chapter marker. A sunken center section of the dial has a continuous circle, with all hash marks for the minutes of the hour. As the time progresses and comes upon a new hour, that pin for the given hour, falls flush with the surface of the dial. The heavy blued minute hand, can interpret minutes, by using the bow as twelve, and feeling where the blued hand is located, in relation to the standing pins. 15 jewel manual wind movement, covered with a crystal, for viewing movement.
