Born in 1943, William Behnken is an established artist whose prints have won awards such as the Gold Medal of Honor from Audubon Artists, the Ralph Fabri Award in Graphics from the National Academy, and the Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Society of American Artists. His work can be found in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum, the British Museum, and the Fitzwilliam Museum, among others.
Purchased items from the Artists Talk On Art, Inc. auction will be shipped from artists or donors locations, generally within ten business days of the auction. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a UPS or FedEx packaging store or by the artist or donor. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received and cleared. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser should special arrangements be required such as crating. International shipping may require additional steps and, at times, costs. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Artists Talk On Art, Inc. (ATOA) does not itself pack or ship art and will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items
