Ancient Seas, Middle Miocene to end of Pliocene eras, ca. 28 to 1.5 million years ago. A set of ancient shark teeth that have been expertly polished and set with modern silver wire settings in their roots to create a gorgeous pair of wearable earrings! Each triangular shark tooth is of a petite size and exhibits hues of blue-gray, beige, and brown. The peripheries of the enamel are smooth and devoid of their expected serrations, and the rounded roots exhibit attractive, colorful flecks of color. The versos are unpolished and retain much of their original texture. Size of each (both are relatively similar): 0.8" W x 1.4" H (2 cm x 3.6 cm)
