Classical World, Phoenician and Roman, ca. 400 BCE to 400 CE. A wearable necklace and a pair of earrings, all comprised of over a dozen ancient glass beads with modern sterling silver findings and chains. The necklace is comprised of 11 glass beads arranged with alternating blue and white eye beads with petite golden spherical glass beads with a large central spherical red glass bead. All are strung on a slightly curved sterling silver pin finding with sterling silver chain links and push clasp. The earrings are comprised of a creamy semi-opaque agate bead flanked by two red glass beads. All are set on a modern sterling silver pin finding and chain, and an ancient silvery glass bead is strung on the ear hook. The sterling silver ear hooks are modern, and both the earrings and necklace are wearable!
