Ancient Greek, Archaic Period, ca. 7th century BCE. An impressive trio of bronze oinochoai, each oinochoe presenting an applied, circular base, a bulbous body, a sloped shoulder, a slender, elongated neck, and a flared spout. An elegant, ribbon-form handle dramatically arches from the back of each spout to the edge of each wide shoulder, while incised, horizontal bands adorn their exteriors, lying at the shoulder edge, neck base, and rim of each ancient vessel. A charming ensemble of Archaic Greek miniatures, all enveloped in a verdant green patina reminiscent of the ancient world! Size of largest: 0.9" W x 1.3" H (2.3 cm x 3.3 cm)
