Ancient Near East, Northwestern Iran, Luristan, ca. 1000 to 600 BCE. A handsome ensemble of four bronze miniatures and one stone sculpture from ancient Luristan. The first bronze is a pendant figure representing a standing ibex with a long, slender body and neck, magnificent, spiraling horns, and a petite suspension loop on its back.
