<br> This item has been extensively tested using XRF technology. Results show metal is a classic bronze composition of copper, tin, lead and iron with less than 2% zinc in any area tested. These results are in line with Thai bronzes of the period and are inconsistent with modern bronzes form the 19th or 20th century. Additionally, the bronze has become brittle with age, also consistent with early bronzes of the period.
