Razzia (Gerard Courbouleix-Deneriaz) is a French graphic artist who works in a wonderful style that evokes the Art Deco period. Razzia embarked upon his career during the golden age of poster art. He uses the same techniques used by early modern poster masters - creating them from original paintings rather than computer graphics. Razzia's best known works include his famous Louis Vuitton series, a memorable 1984 French Open design, as well as his beloved Pasta poster. Some have compared Razzia's art to that of Cassandre, Cappiello, Erte, and Broders. If you wish to learn more about this artist, read "Razzia: 25 Years of Poster Art" (2007).
