Ignacio Guibert Amor (Spanish, 1916-1992), still life, oil on canvas, ca. mid 20th C. Signed "I. Guibert" on lower right. A beautiful still life presenting a large bouquet of flowers - white roses and daisies, as well as blooms of cornflower blue, pink, and crimson hues - in a royal blue vase with a basket of cut flowers to the right - sitting on an earthy ground surface in a verdant landscape setting that is lavishly painted in golden yellow, cornflower blue, verdant green, and white hues. While the flower arrangement and the basket of flowers are delineated in a photorealistic manner, the natural setting is delineated with an airy, light Impressionist style. Set in an attractive gold-hued wood frame. Size: 20" W x 24" H (50.8 cm x 61 cm); 26.625" W x 36.75" H (67.6 cm x 93.3 cm) framed
