Condition
The painting has not been examined outside the frame but appears to be in excellent condition. Some staining to the mat, but this does not seem to affect the watercolor. Frame has some age wear to the painted wood and brass adornments at the corners, but is still intact with gallery paper on verso and wired for suspension.
