Native American, Illinois, Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky, Transitional Paleo Indians to Mississippian Period, ca. 8500 BCE to 1700 CE (10,500 to 300 BP). A beautiful selection of 36 hand-knapped stone arrowheads displaying forms of triangular side notch, unifacial triangular side notch, expanding stem, triangular, corner notch, side notch, auriculate, lanceolate, triangular expanding stem, and triangular stemmed. Boasting hues of toffee, taupe, misty rose, beige, charcoal grey, ash grey, cream, white, and black, these elegant weapons have been formed from stones such as chert, quartz, and obsidian. The lovely projectile points are identified as Roxana, Wanda, Cahokia, Koster, Camp Creek, Conerly, Springly, Quad, Greenbriar, Bakers Creek, Madison, Riverton, and Klunk types.
