Northwestern Europe, England, ca. 20th century CE. A beautiful and matched set of vintage sterling silver and resin jewelry that includes a brooch and earrings. The brooch is stamped with British hallmarks that include a city mark for London, date letter, and maker initials "LS." The brooch has a slightly curved, archer bow shaped central rod with a lengthy bar pin and hook clasp and a single piece of semi-translucent amber brown resin is coiled around the rod. The matched earrings are comprised of a thick sterling silver hoop - the terminal ends are open and overlap, with a stud post set in this area. The same brown resin ornamentation dangles from the earrings - formed from a single piece that is folded at the narrow center, the opposite tips bent inward to complete the loop. All three are wearable as bold, high-quality statement pieces! Size (brooch): 4" L x 1" W (10.2 cm x 2.5 cm); (earrings): 1.75" L x 0.65" W (4.4 cm x 1.7 cm); silver quality: 93%; total weight: 25.1 grams

Condition
Minor signs of prior use to all pieces, but intact and excellent. Pin clasp is slightly stiff but articulates and catches. Earring studs are very good and come with sterling silver backings. All are wearable as is!
