Northwestern Europe, England & Denmark, ca. late 18th to early 19th century CE. A collection of antique pewter including a British pint mug, a Danish stein, and a saltshaker. The drinking vessels are similar, both tall with curved handles. The mug is stamped with several British hallmarks and the volume capacity, "1 PINT." The stein has a zigzagging linear motif engraved on the handle and the base has an unknown maker mark engraved into the center. The saltshaker rests on a ring base with an elongated, piriform body. The lid has concentric puncture holes and unscrews from the slotted neck. Size of stein: 4" W x 6" H (10.2 cm x 15.2 cm)

Mineral deposits on all three items. Saltshaker lid opens, interior is encrusted with mineral deposits. Hallmarks on British pint are soft, and some are illegible, and has a perforation through the bottom. Indentations and scratches to all three.
