About the Artist:
Kenzo, originally from Hyogo, Japan, graduated in Product Design from Parsons School of Design. He began his career in set design for TV, eventually moving into roles as art director and motion graphic designer for major brands and artists. His design work has since been commissioned by notable companies like Mercedes-Benz, Nike, Reebok, and Microsoft, with pieces inducted into MoMA's permanent collection. Kenzo has been featured in publications like The New York Times Magazine, Men’s Vogue, and Dazed and Confused, and created murals for Nike’s first NYC art space. He participated in significant art events and collaborations, including projects with Reebok, Kidrobot, and Affinity Cycles, and was honored as a “Luminary” by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council. Over the years, Kenzo has showcased solo exhibits, released limited-edition designs, and collaborated on capsule collections with Reebok. His art spans murals, prints, clothing, and toys, maintaining a presence in New York City's creative scene.
