  About the Artist:

  Sonam Zoksang is a photographer who captures anecdotal portraits of Tibetans as well as the landscapes of Tibet, Nepal, and India. He has also been following His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama capturing photos at his events for over 30 years. Zoksang’s mission is to tell the story of his homeland and Tibetans in exile through the lens of photography. He has a website, Visions of Tibet, with a collection of his photos that are up for sale. His work emotionally ties us to the people and land of Tibet. In 2014, he took the photograph of His Holiness the Dalai and US President Barack Obama.
