Old Kingdom, 6th Dynasty, Ca. 2345 - 2181 BC An Egyptian limestone relief showing the chest and the head of a nobleman in the act of fishing with a harpoon. The features are well defined, with a short wig held in place with a long band. The face is perfectly proportioned with plump lips surmounted by a short and straight nose. He has almond-shaped eyes, large shoulders and a short false beard. The figure's neck is adorned with the usekh collar.
