A group of four fine Renaissance iron keys with heart-shaped handles and elongated round shapes on a modern iron chain. The decoration of Gothic locks and keys was often elaborate and of the highest standard of workmanship. For similar see: The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Accession Number: 06.176.84.
