- Lot Description
Yaacov Agam (Isreali, b. 1928- ). "My Life in Spain" or "A-Trip" - 1977, serigraph on wove paper, limited edition 75/99, pencil numbered lower left, pencil signed lower right. Screenprint with five vertical white or black blocks set on a rusty orange field each filled with geometric circles, ovals, and lines in many colors changing from sparsely populated at the end blocks to fully populated at the center block. Framed approximately 58.625" x 38.5". Sight size approximately 23.25" x 43.5".
Condition
Examined out of the frame. Tan sheet with foxing and toning evident to verso (recto of sheet printed to edge). Area of blue staining to verso of sheet not visible to recto, visually similar to foxing, overall area approximately 3" x 1". Edges and corners exhibiting minor rippling and wear commensurate with general handling. No apparent creasing, pinholes, tears, or abrasions.
