- Lot Description
Germany, 20th century. Von Schierholz Dresden porcelain reticulated figural centerpiece bowl or compote, the scalloped pierced rim accented in gilt over a floral encrusted bowl on floral encrusted standard issuing four scrolled legs, each centered with a musical winged putti. Marked to the underside for Von Schierholz, Germany. Approximate height 8.5", diameter of bowl 8".
Condition
Two small areas of damage including a hairline crack on flower stem on scrolled leg (barely noticeable and stable) and one tip of blue flower petal at top missing. Light wear to bottom commensurate with age and shelf use. No other signs of damage, loss or repair.
