Victor Costa (American, founded 1974). A mixed media designer ball gown and coordinating cardigan sweater ensemble comrising a formal gown with light heathered gray wool bodice with squared neckline and wide pink satin straps over a drop waisted full skirt of light pink satin, accompanied with a gray wool cardigan sweater with pink satin shirt collar and french cuffs with a line of seven rhinestone buttons to placket. Label to interior of sweater "Victor Costa" over "Neiman Marcus". Size not indicated, likely a US size 12. Dress approximate width at waist laid flat 14.5", length top of strap to hem approximately 56.5". Sweater width across shoulders approximately 14.5", length top of collar to hem approximately 22.75".
Interior collar with light discoloration not visible when worn. Pilling to cardigan sweater and sweater material on bodice. Brown discoloration--likely liquid stain on upper left area of skirt on front running down side. No signs of rips, tears, holes or losses.
