Maria Elena Vieira da Silva (Portugeuse/French, 1908-1992), "Anniversaire Poligrafa"-1979, lithograph on paper, pencil signed lower right margin, limited edition noted in lower left margin "4-100". Vertically-aligned modern print depicting a dynamic abstract scene with running lines and checkerboarding in black on cream paper. Unframed sheet size approximately 14.6" x 10.6". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Ann Jacob of Highlands, North Carolina.
Condition
Even toning throughout. Minor handling creases to all corners. Parallel creases along upper right margin, the more prevalent spanning 5.25” and the less prevalent spanning 6”. No apparent losses or tears. Under black light inspection no apparent signs of repair.
