Group of two Michael Sully (English, 1937-2003) hand painted and military porcelain figurines comprising of a Model 6 "Royal Horse Guards (The Blues) 1913" (approximate height 15.5", width 14.25", depth 5.75" on stand) and a Model 16 "The Life Guards" (approximate height 16", width 14.25", depth 5.75" on stand). Each with military figure in ornate dress on a muscular black horse on integral naturalistic oblong base further supported on wood plinth. Each marked on bottom with manufacturer's mark and type. Provenance: From the Estate of Jane O. Day of Atlanta, Georgia.
Overall good condition. The reins are missing to one side on one horse (see image 6). One of the soldiers has a damaged sword (see image 8).
