Moser (Bohemian, founded 1857). A large and impressive emerald glass cabinet chalice of typical form with crenulated rim, the round foot tapering to a cylindrical shaft decorated with six elongated cartouches alternating between gilt scrolls and colorful hand painted flowers, the shaft surmounted by cup form basin with opposing cut back medallions to exterior, one with a cluster of colorful flowers and the other with a finely painted young beauty, the green translucent surrounding field with intricate gilt scrolls. Signed to floral cartouche at base "Moser". Overall approximate height 14.125", diameter of opening 6.875". Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Overall very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is slight loss to the gilt enamel on the rim and turned knop stem.
