- Lot Description
American, mid 20th century. A set of three Jens Risom Lounge Chairs designed for Knoll, with cream colored elasticized basketweave strapping forming the seat and back on a hardwood frame, likely birch or maple. The mid-century modern chairs exhibit four tapered wood legs and a swooping L form seat and back. Label on bottom reads "Knoll Studio 1941, Jens Risom". Approximately 29.75" tall x 20.2" wide x 22.75" deep.
Condition
Very good condition overall. Slight wear and scattered discoloration (light staining) to straps would benefit from cleaning. Slight wear and light scratches to frame not particularly noticeable. Front right corner of one chair with larger loss. No other signs of damage, loss or repair.
