Italy, circa 1970s. Set of ten mid century modern polished stainless steel and navy naugahyde covered dining chairs produced by Saporiti, probably designed by Giovanni Offredi with streamlined design raised on minimalist style steel polished stainless steel legs. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 35.35", width 20", seat depth 19", seat height 18".
Structurally sound and overall good condition. Three chairs have 2 rips to the leather seat, all are where the seat meets back, probably from pulling. One chair with small green ink or paint stain on back. One chair with small rip right front seat at corner. Stitching is loose or fraying on some chairs. Some screws to underside mount have been replaced. There are typical scratches and some oxidation and peeling to the polished steel legs (see image #6), commensurate with age and usage.
