- Lot Description
Reginald Marsh (American (New York/Vermont), 1898-1954), "Woman in Pink", colored pencil and pencil drawing on paper, pencil signed lower right. Figural drawing depicting a young woman with curled blonde hair under large pink hat wearing a long dress and holding a small purse in hand resting at hip. Figure rednered in blue, pink yellow and graphite tones.Framed approximately 18.25" x 14.25". Sight size approximately 11.125" x 8.5".
Condition
Work affixed to mat with older long strips of tape on all sides. Minor even toning to sheet. Scattered light foxing predominately in upper left corner and lower right (see photos). Verso with some signs of losses to corners of sheet and scattered small pin holes in corners. Light smudging and rippling from handling.
