- Lot Description
Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973). "Reclining Nude, 1963", chromolithograph on paper originally published by Mourlot in 1964, signed and dated within plate. Small print depicting on of the artist's reclining female nudes in his iconic Cubist style, the figure lying horizontally and facing the viewer, with her arms above her head and her legs intertwined, her buttocks to top of matrix and her breasts opposite them to bottom of composition, with red and blue wash background, inscribed within plate below image "le 14.3.63". Certificate of authenticity to verso from Studio Gallery & Framing, North Hollywood, CA. Framed approximately 11.75" x 14.5", sheet size approximately 4.25" x 6.875".Prior to bidding, please consult the additional photos provided and ask all pertinent questions (i.e. condition, size, etc.).
