Loosely rendered watercolor figural painting depicting a standard subject for the artist--a seated figure against a blue striped background with yellow flowers and green leaves. Woman with brown hair, pale pink lips, and minimal accents on body. Framed approximately 32" x 26". Sight size approximately 25" x 19".
Watercolor loose in frame with remnants of earlier older hinging tape on verso. Sketch with some additional notations on verso. Light even toning to sheet, light mat burn. Rippling on sheet at top, possibly from watercolor or water damage. Light handling to corners and edges. No signs of rips, tears or holes. No signs of in-painting.
