- Lot Description
French, 20th century. Manner of Baccarat (French, founded 1764) figural gilt bronze and crystal epergnes, each with trumpet-form flared and scalloped crystal vase, each with figural base with depiction of ram's head with elaborate curled horns, with flared acanthus leaf, with stepped base with leaf tip motif, with further stepped plinth base, apparently unmarked. Overall approximately 13.5" x 5.75" x 10.25".
Condition
Some tarnishing to bases, with oxidation and some soiling underneath. Some nicks/dents to edges of bases, with scratching and fleabites. One glass insert broken at stem and repaired, with cracking up side. Other insert with soiling and residue to narrowest point. Typical surface scratching to both.
