- Lot Description
English, 20th century. Pair of matching porcelain lidded sweetmeat or serving dishes in the manner of Sevres with cobalt blue banding on separable underplate, gilt leaves and vines and hand painted floral sprays. Serving dish with leaf tip, curled and gilt handles, lids or covers topped with gilt accented floriform finial. All elements unmarked. Approximate height 6.75", diameter of under plate 8".
